PBK's Studio 4 is an advanced digital broadcast studio, which is capable of providing fully stand-alone broadcasts of a TV channel.
This new channel started regular public broadcasts on September 20 and curently popular Russian TV programmes for all Baltic countries are broadcast from PBK Studio 4.
