On November 27 Hannu Pro organized annual open doors party, which this year attracted unusual large number of participants. The event took place at Dzintara Boulings alley in Domina shopping centre. The open doors evening was opened by Hannu Pro management informing about the latest developments in Baltic broadcast market and current projects. Hannu Pro managers and foreign guests Pascal Dememe (Grass Valley), Roberto Merino (Sagem Securite), Arunas Vizgaitis (Selteka) gave presentations about new broadcast solutions and products, which also included Sagem systems for speed and red light violation control and licence plate recognition. All guests were able to test-dive equipment exposed at the event: a Grass Vally Infinity ENG/EFP tape-less HD TV camera; a Grass Valley Edius 5 editing software with HD Thunder acceleration and video I/O board; a Sony Cine Alta HD digital cinema camera, which will be available for rent at Hannu Pro service centre; as well as Publitronic automated play-out server; Digital Rapids TouchStream IP TV streaming server, an affordable Locatel hospitality IP TV system for compact small and medium sized installations; Riedel intercom system; Apantac multiviewers; HD DVB-T receivers (set-top-boxes) and other equipment and accessories. During the bowling tournament the equipment auction also took the place. Every guest was invited to apply for evening raffle and win useful prizes. Bowling tournament winners got prizes as well.
